It is our experience that many security companies have inadequate responses during dangerous situations. This is due to standard operating procedures requiring personnel to be entirely hands off or too heavily handed. This results in escalated contacts that could have been resolved, more effectively with less risk, through verbal judo or other de-escalation tactics. Both of these extremes negatively impact both our clients and public order as a whole.
